TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white tuna in water, drained & flaked
Dash salt & pepper
8 fresh broccoli spears or 10 oz. pkg. broccoli spears, partially cooked

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Reserve 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. In large bowl combine soup, milk and rest of Cheez Whiz; stir in macaroni, tuna and pepper. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes; stir. Arrange broccoli spears in spoke fashion on top. Top with reserved Cheez Whiz. Bake 5 minutes until hot.
