RAISIN FILLED REFRIGERATOR
COOKIES
 
2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 rolls and wrap in handy wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice thin and place on cookie sheet. Place 1 teaspoon filling on top and cover with another slice. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes or until brown.

FILLING:

2 c. chopped raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water

Cook until thick. Add: 1/2 c. chopped nuts
