RANCHO BEANS 
1/4 c. oil
2 chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans in tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained

Heat oil in skillet, add onions and cook until golden. Add ground beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
