SPINACH SOUP 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 lg. onion
Dash sour salt
3 lg. peeled potatoes, diced
Soup stock from pork

Clean and cut spinach, diced onion and sour salt into pork stock. Add diced potatoes. Cook until tender. Serve with sour cream. Use 8 quart pot.

Fabulous. We used the stock from boiling pork spare ribs before barbecuing them. DO NOT substitute anything for the spinach. Add vinegar.
