EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) carton light sour cream
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese

Mix/stir frozen potatoes, sour cream and chicken soup in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add in 1 medium onion and 1/2 cup butter (cut in pieces) to potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
