ANGEL FLAKE - "DADS" 
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
Cut in 3/4 c. shortening
1 yeast cake dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
2 c. buttermilk

Mix well and put in a plastic bag to refrigerate. Fasten top and will keep for a week. To make biscuits take out of dough what you need, roll thin and fold several times. Roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut biscuits. Place in pan (do not let rise before cooking). The folding makes the flakes.
