5 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in
2 tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening

Mix as all biscuits. Put dough in plastic bag in refrigerator. Take out just before baking.

Roll out and place on greased pan. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Will keep up to a week.
