INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box Nilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix sugar and cheese until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Place 1 wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner in muffin pan. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Top with pie filling before serving.
