NEIL'S REFRIGERATOR CAKE 
1 pt. HEAVY cream
2 tsp. sugar
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 box graham crackers

Whip the heavy cream until stiff. Add the sugar; continue whipping for 1 minute. Fold in as much of the chocolate syrup you will need to make it a light coffee color.

Spread the cream mixture on a graham cracker, place another cracker on top. Spread that one with the cream mixture, continuing alternating and stacking until when turned sideways, they will fit in a baking dish - 9 x 13 inches. After placing in baking dish, frost all over with remaining cream mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
