1 lb. hot or mild bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3 c. biscuit mix

Combine sausage, biscuit mix and cheese; shape into balls. Place on baking pan. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown. May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
