ONION BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip pork chops in eggs, then soup mixture; coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake, turning once for 1 hour or until tender.
