BEEF `N MUSHROOM PIE | |
9" pie crust 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. sugar 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Brown ground beef until done; brown onion, pepper and mushrooms; remove fat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Cover top with 5 potatoes, peeled and mashed. Fold 1 beaten egg into mashed potatoes and put on top of meat mixture. Cheese may be added before placing mashed potatoes on. |
