MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 peeled orange, quartered
1 apple, cored
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Dissolve the Jello in 1 cup hot water. Chill until partially set. Pour Jello into blender. Gradually add orange, cranberries, apple, sugar and salt. Add nuts and blend until mixture is chopped. Turn into a 1 quart mold and chill until firm. Makes 1 quart.
