CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW DAINTY 
5 egg yolks
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
5 egg whites

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt with well beaten egg yolks and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in shallow pan and bake in moderate oven about 20 minutes. Turn on piece of waxed paper sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread quickly with marshmallow whip and roll up like jelly roll.
