6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
6 to 8 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt the first 3 ingredients together in a large saucepan or microwave in a large bowl. Stir in cereal to coat. Put confectioners' sugar in bag or bowl, add cereal and shake until all the cereal is coated.
