EASY BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 chicken, cut up
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
3 c. frozen corn
3 c. frozen lima beans

Shake chicken pieces in flour; saute in hot oil until brown. Add onion; cook until onion is transparent. Add tomatoes, 6 cups water, seasonings and sugar. Simmer until almost tender. Add corn and limas; cook until vegetables are tender.
