POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, boiled in jackets
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. parsley, chopped
2 med. onions

Peel potatoes; slice 1/8 inch thick. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix parsley and onions.

In large serving dish, layer potatoes, cover with mayonnaise-sour cream mixture, then layer of onion-parsley mixture. Repeat. DO NOT STIR! Cover and refrigerate.
