THE OTHER SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 bunch fresh endive
1 pkg. fresh bean sprouts
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. shelled sunflower seeds
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. bacon, cooked until crispy, drained & crumbled

Or use 1 jar Hormel Bacon in a Jar (quick substitute).

Rinse and drain spinach and endive. Tear into bite sized pieces and place in large salad bowl. Add bean sprouts (rinsed), sliced mushrooms and green onions. Toss in sunflower seeds.

In a small saucepan, heat remaining ingredients (minus the bacon) just until sugar melts. Stir often. Let cool and then toss with greens. Top with bacon.
