FRESH SPARE RIBS 
2 lbs. spare ribs (approx.)
1 can applesauce + 1 can water
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
Pinch ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Brown spare ribs in fry pan. Put in pressure cooker along with remaining ingredients and cook slow for 30 minutes.
