APPLE NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sour milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Top with the following topping.

Topping:

2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon and cut in butter. Spread over batter and bake for 1 hour.
