QUICK TUTTI FRUITY SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (7 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding

Drain fruit real well. Save 2 cups of the juice. Combine all fruits; sprinkle instant lemon pudding over fruit. Pour the 2 cups juice over the mixture; refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, sliced bananas may be added.
