CHOCTAW CAKE 
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and mix for 1 minute. Pour into greased floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Or pour into paper cupcake liners and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Top with cream cheese frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

1 tsp. cocoa
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Mix and beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
