1 box corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 stick butter

In a bowl mix corn muffin mix and into this mix eggs, milk and sour cream. Melt butter then add to muffin mix. Mix ingredients well. Pour mixture into 9" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
