WHOLE WHEAT BAGELS 
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
3 c. all-purpose flour, divided
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
Vegetable cooking spray
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp. skim milk

Prepare as directed for Basic Bagels, adding whole wheat flour and honey in with 2 cups all-purpose flour. Yield: 16 bagels (about 137 calories each).
