GRAVY WITHOUT THE FAT 
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. water or low fat milk
2 tsp. bouillon, chicken or beef
Black pepper
Salt is in the bouillon

In medium skillet, stir flour into oil; cook and stir until brown. Stir in liquid and bouillon; cook and stir until thickened. Add pepper to taste.
