1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. water

Sift first five dry ingredients into an 8"x8" cake pan. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
