CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
3 1/2 c. rolled oats
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. soy flour
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
2 tsp. salt
1 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. oil

Mix all dry ingredients and combine liquids. Spread on oiled baking sheets. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring occasionally. Cool and break up with fingers. Raisins, nuts and other dried fruits may be added afterward. Store in an airtight container.
