MANGO CHUTNEY 
10 lg. green mangoes, sliced
2 c. seeded raisins
1 1/2 tbsp. white mustard seed
2 chili peppers, minced
2 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tbsp. ground ginger
1 med. round onion, grated
1 c. lime juice

Combine ingredients in large pot. Cover and let stand overnight. Simmer 3 hours, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
