SAVOURY CHEESECAKE 
8-10 rye crackers, crushed (2/3 c.)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. Chevre' cheese sliced
Dash crushed red pepper
Dash thyme
1 c. whipping cream
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic, quartered
Dash marjoram
Dash rosemary

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Pat into the bottom of an 8-inch quiche pan or spring form pan.

Place cottage cheese in blender or processor and blend until smooth (1 to 1 1/2 minutes). Add Chevre', eggs, flour, garlic, and herbs; blend again until smooth. Add cream and blend just until well combined.

Pour into crust and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until set in the center; cool. Chill, covered, in refrigerator. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serves 16.
