SEASONED CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE 
1 1/2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1 1/2 lbs. chicken legs and thighs
1 green pepper
1 onion
Garlic powder
Oregano leaves (dried)
Salt and pepper

Cut sausage in about 2 inch pieces. Arrange chicken and sausage in baking pan alternately; sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano leaves. Slice onion and pepper; arrange on top of chicken and sausage. Add about 1/4 cup of water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
