MANHATTAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce

Have meat at room temperature, then combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs and seasonings. Shape into small size meatballs and brown in butter. Put into casserole dish.

Combine preserves and barbecue sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes. We do the meatballs and let stand in casserole until just before serving time, then we heat the sauce slightly, pour over the meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
