PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 can slice pineapple
1/2 c., more or less, brown sugar
1 stick butter
Red maraschino cherries to fill holes

In iron skillet put butter and brown sugar on top of stove. Melt butter and sugar. Place pineapple slices on bottom. Put cherries in - use juice from pineapple in cake mix.

Mix 1 box of yellow or white cake mix (pineapple cake mix is better) with 1 box of vanilla French pudding as directed on box. Pour over pineapple mixture. Put in oven, 325 or 350 until toothpick comes out clean. Tip in plate and try to cool.
