MEXICAN RICE | |
1 1/2 c. whole rice 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies 1 (16 oz.) can Pace Picante sauce, mild 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. oil Brown rice in oil. Brown beef in large skillet or large pan. Mix rice and beef then rest of ingredients. Simmer with the lid on for 45-60 minutes or until rice is tender. Can add a little water if the rice is still not cooked. |
