1 frying chicken, 2 1/2 - 3 lbs.
1 c. corn flakes, crumbed
1 c. skim milk
Seasoning (opt.)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into serving pieces, remove all skin then rinse and dry the pieces thoroughly. Season. Coat each piece with oil or dip in milk, shake to remove excess and roll in corn flake crumbs. Let stand briefly so coating will adhere. Place chicken in an oiled pan. (Or line pan with foil for easy cleaning.) Bake 45 minutes or more. Crumbs will form a crisp "skin". Serves 4. Approximately 270 calories per serving.
