DOLORES' APRICOT JELL-O | |
1 lg. apricot or peach Jell-O 2 c. water (boiling) 1 lg. cream cheese, softened 1 can pineapple, crushed (drain & save juice) 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 3/4 c. chopped walnuts Dissolve Jell-O in water. Cool until half set, not firm. Place cream cheese in a large bowl, add juice from pineapple and cream with mixer. Add Jell-O to this and beat. Mix in pineapple with a spoon. Fold in nuts and Cool Whip. Place in 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with a few more nuts. Chill several hours. |
