TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2 c. white sauce (or 2 cans cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup)
2 c. diced cooked turkey
2 c. cooked spaghetti (broken in pieces before cooking)
1 c. sauteed mushrooms
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Sherry to taste, optional
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Mix ingredients together and place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until crumbs are brown.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

To reduce sodium, fat and cholesterol: (1) use Campbell's Special Request soups; (2) spray the casserole dish lightly with a vegetable oil spray; (3) saute the mushrooms in vegetable oil spray, or add to the mixture uncooked; and (4) do not add butter to the bread crumb mixture.
