SALISBURY STEAK PATTIES 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped finely
1/3 c. water

Mix 1/4 soup with everything but water. Shape into 6 patties. Put in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Pour off fat. Mix rest of soup and pour over patties. Bake 10 minutes more. Bake at 350 degrees.
