CHICKEN BREASTS WITH HAM AND
CHEESE
 
Chicken breasts
Sliced cooked ham
Swiss cheese

SAUCE:

1/2 c. water
1 c. Campbell's chicken gravy
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in the water
1 can whole mushrooms

Breasts of about 3/4 pound each in weight. Have them boned - 1 breast for each man and 1/2 breasts for each women. Skin breasts and pound thin; cut into 2 halves. Place a piece of boiled ham and a piece of Swiss cheese on each half. Roll them up and fasten. Roll in flour and saute in butter. Place in shallow baking dish and pour sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Good with rice and green vegetables.
