ROCKY ROAD FUDGE | |
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. walnuts or dry roasted peanuts 1 (13 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows In top of double broiler or boiling water melt morsels with milk and butter. Remove from heat. In a large bowl combine nuts and marshmallows. Fold in chocolate mixture. Spread in wax lined 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan and peel off wax paper. Cut into squares. Store and cover at room temperature. |
