FRESH COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
2 c. sugar
2 (14 oz.) pkg. fresh frozen grated coconut
2 c. sour cream

Bake cake as directed on box; make 4 layers. Mix 2 cups sugar, coconut and sour cream together. Let stand for 1 hour. Spread on tops of cake layers. Put cover on cake; put cake in refrigerator for 4 days before cutting. Serves 15.
