CRAB OR SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. cooked shrimp or crab meat, chopped
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Tabasco to taste
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. minced celery
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend and let stand several hours or overnight before serving.
