SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE BATTER:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1/2 c. walnut pieces
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Pour half of the cake batter into a lightly greased 8 inch cake pan. Sprinkle half of the topping over cake batter. Repeat. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
