ALMOND PUFF (Danish Coffee Cake) 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. water

Warm your pan. Use jelly roll pan (the best) or 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Push crust dough into pan and pat in place.

Bring to boil: 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. water

Add 1 cup flour. Stir until smooth (can be done over low heat). Add 3 eggs, beating one at a time as you do for cream puffs. Add 1 teaspoon almond extract. Spread over crust and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Watch Carefully.

Cool. Then frost with: 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. hot water 1 tsp. almond extract
