SAUCE FOR GREEN BEANS 
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. horseradish
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients. Heat slowly. Do not boil. Will separate. Pour hot sauce over well drained, thoroughly heated green beans. This amount of sauce will take two or three cans of green beans.
