TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained - save juice 4 c. mini marshmallows 6 to 8 oz. chopped peanuts 1/3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg, well beaten 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar 2-3 c. peeled, diced apples 8 oz. Cool Whip Mix juice, flour, sugar, egg and vinegar. Cook until thickened. Cool. Add Cool Whip, pineapple, marshmallows, nuts and apples. Mix well. Chill and serve. |
