HORSERADISH 'N BACON DIP 
1 c. sour cream*
1 c. mayonnaise*
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. liquid smoke or 6 pieces well done bacon and 1 tsp. bacon drippings

Mix all ingredients with 1 tablespoon sugar, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Chill for about an hour. Garnish with crumbled bacon. Serve with ripple chips.

*Low-fat or no-fat versions can be used.
