ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 med. to lg. cabbage
1 can Chun King noodles
1 bunch green onions
4 chicken breasts
1 c. salted sunflower seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. cashews or peanuts
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Grate cabbage. Cut onions. Dice chicken breasts. Add noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds and peanuts or cashews. Toss and mix with dressing.

DRESSING:

1 (6 to 8 oz.) bottle rice vinegar (regular)
1/2 c. peanut or sunflower oil
10-12 artificial sweetener or 1 c. sugar
