CORN CHEESE BREAD 
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. chopped dehydrated onions
dash of salt and Tabasco
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all the ingredients. Stir well. Pour in a hot greased pan. (A No. 6 skillet is good to use if you have one.)

Bake in 400°F preheated oven about 30 minutes or until brown.

Yields 8 servings.
