MERINGUE PIE CRUST 
3 egg whites, room temperature
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg whites, sugar, boiling water, vinegar and vanilla in a bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (10 minutes). Scrape down the bowl. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate building up sides to form a crust. Place in a preheated 450 degree oven. Place on lowest rack and turn off the heat. Leave in oven 4 hours or overnight. Do not open the door.
