CHIMMICHANGAS 
1 roast, shredded
1 can refried beans
1 can jalepeno and tomato relish
1 tsp. cumin

Soak tortilla in vegetable oil. Fill with meat mixture and fold like an envelope. Place in pan with 1/2 inch oil in bottom. Bake at 450 degrees until browned.

GRAVY:

Beef broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can green chilies
1 tsp. cumin

Thicken if necessary. These are good to freeze and heat up for a quick meal. Makes approximately 20.
